Donate your construction, electrical, or other skills
Electricians, carpenters, and other skilled folks, our facilities need your talents.
Spruce up the grounds
The grass needs mowing; the leaves need blowing; the mulch needs maintenance, etc. etc.
Chair an event
Lead one of the four seasonal events: Tell It on the Mt. storytelling; Mt. Birthday Bash festival; Smoke on the Mt. BBQ contest; Merry Mt. Christmas celebration .
Help Replace the Siding on the Auditorium
Join your neighbors who are coming together to tear off the old siding from the Auditorium and replace it with white-oak boards and battens. Carpentry skills are a plus. Auditorium seats 200+, meeting areas, covered pavilion, soccer practice field, walking track
Plan your activity on the grounds of the Walden's Ridge Civic League and have the option of moving inside in case of inclement weather. For Rentals, Polices and Procedures, please see the documents above.
Become a helper
The 5th annual Birthday Bash is June 7, 2025. Helpers are needed to supervise games, set-up, take-down, serve food, sell tickets; and many other fun tasks.

Rent a Facility
The grounds with Pavilion, Playground and Soccer Field are available for your use. The Auditorium seats 200. At stage level, a large open floor area is suitable for dances, seated dinners, shows, and other activities. Contact us for a tour.
