Electricians, carpenters, and other skilled folks, our facilities need your talents.
Spruce up the grounds
The grass needs mowing; the leaves need blowing; the mulch needs maintenance, etc. etc.
Chair an event
Lead one of the four seasonal events: Tell It on the Mt. storytelling; Mt. Birthday Bash festival; Smoke on the Mt. BBQ contest; Merry Mt. Christmas celebration .
Help find White Oak Trees to saw into siding lumber
Do you know of a large white oak tree, or trees, that will be cut? Please let us know so we can salvage these magnificent trees rather than let them become just trash. Become a helper
The 5th annual Birthday Bash is June 7, 2025. Helpers are needed to supervise games, set-up, take-down, serve food, sell tickets; and many other fun tasks.

Rent a Facility
The grounds with Pavilion, Playground and Soccer Field are available for your use. The Auditorium seats 200. At stage level, a large open floor area is suitable for dances, seated dinners, shows, and other activities. Contact us for a tour.
