Donate for supplies or volunteer to work on a Boy Scout Eagle Project to build a new floor on the old Scout cabin foundation this spring.
Chair an event
Lead one of the four seasonal events: Tell It on the Mt. storytelling; Mt. Birthday Bash festival; Smoke on the Mt. BBQ contest; Merry Mt. Christmas celebration .
Help Replace the Siding on the Auditorium
Join your neighbors who are coming together to tear off the old siding from the Auditorium and replace it with white-oak boards and battens. Carpentry skills are a plus. Install New Seats in the Auditorium
The old seats are gone. The floor is ready to seal. Help sort and install new seats reclaimed from the Tivoli Theater.

Become a helper
Tell It on the Mountain Storytelling is March 27, 2026. Come and enjoy real live entertainment while you help a little by setting up, serving snacks, or cleaning up.

Rent a Facility
The grounds with Pavilion, Playground and Soccer Field are available for your use. The Auditorium will soon seat 200 again. At stage level, a large open floor area is suitable for dances, seated dinners, shows, and other activities. Contact us for a tour.
