Electricians, carpenters, and other skilled folks, our facilities need your talents.
Support the Eagle Scout Project this summer
Donate for supplies or volunteer to work on a Boy Scout Eagle Project to clear around the old Scout cabin foundation, construct a platform, and improve seating and landscaping.
Chair an event
Lead one of the four seasonal events: Tell It on the Mt. storytelling; Mt. Birthday Bash festival; Smoke on the Mt. BBQ contest; Merry Mt. Christmas celebration .
Help Replace the Siding on the Auditorium
Join your neighbors who are coming together to tear off the old siding from the Auditorium and replace it with white-oak boards and battens. Carpentry skills are a plus. Install New Seats in the Auditorium
Help remover the old seats, refinish the floor, and install new seats reclaimed from Tivoli.

Become a helper
Smoke on the Mountain BBQ Contest is October 10 & 11, 2025. Helpers are needed to set-up, take-down, serve food, sell tickets, play music, help with the Anything But...BBQ contest, and other fun tasks.

Rent a Facility
The grounds with Pavilion, Playground and Soccer Field are available for your use. The Auditorium seats 200. At stage level, a large open floor area is suitable for dances, seated dinners, shows, and other activities. Contact us for a tour.
